Your cam took a super ride and landed in a bad spot from the other video...lol..thanks for posting. Have you ever considered becoming a news reporter? You seem to have that natural ability to make your viewers feel like they are in the action...lol.
Your car looked amazing as always. You were passing cars once there were no cautions. Seemed like a lot of them. I think you would have had a top 5 easy. Good luck next race. Can't wait till my pre-order gets here. Will love to represent you and your team.
thats some tuff luck! you were doing good and moving up in the pack. you should definitely go back some time, it looks like you and the car liked the track,
Restarts go mid track so you can have the option of going high or low to get the guy in front of ya. You know it makes sense. Cant wait for the next instalment.
You had a fast car and done some awesome driving love your driving style Tim you work the track to your favor just a shame you over heated only other thing it seem like you was a little free on the high side. Awesome job guys you look good for first time at the track.
#Ripthelip!!!! Car looked great, really enjoyed the video. Just making the a main is an accomplishment at fals. Sucks motor overheated hope it's not hurt. Keep on keeping on. Thanks again for sharing..
I moved to Arkansas about 20 years ago, but I try to get home every now and then and when I do I gotta have a FALS RACE!! And the cheese burgers at the front concession stand are dang good, and of course you have to make a stop at the beer stand!!
That’s the fastest I’ve seen that car wow you were chasing them down and spitting them out. You would have easily had a top 5 or better. Before the season over that rocket will be in victory lane. God bless
Good show Mr. Nash. You may not have gotten the results you wanted on track but what you got off the track has to make up a bit. Just imagine when you do win. You're going to need a security team!
Wow Tim, that was fun watching you as you moved toward the front. You was really fast up top and still doing good when you needed to down stairs. Sorry you had the overheating problem buts that's dirt in the summer. My dad raced a flatty 34 coupe on dirt in the 50s. I was a kid and my dad pulled in after winning a 200 lapper. I was with my dad after he pulled in and his buddy saw the radiator steaming and tried to top it with water. We could plainly hear the flatty go CRACK!!! Neither my dad or I could hardly believe the guy did that! haha Hope you come back because I think you would have finished really well, maybe 1st! Thanks for the great videos!
@@OldNo7Garage Thank you. Dad started racing the year Earl opened Eldora as a 1/4 mile track and then after it was a 3/8ths. We spent every Sat night or Sun afternoon there according to when they were racing. From day one that was a great track and Earl was a master at keeping a wonderful surface on it. His wife always baked whole hams for sandwiches at the concession stand. I really loved them even though they cost 50 cents instead of 25 cents for a burger. When we went to collect dad's winnings, Earl always said "If I'd just sold one more ham sandwich I might have made some money! haha Back then you had to be 21 to get in the pits and I was only 11 when we started. I had to sneak in and kinda lay low. We always thought Earl made sure nobody came looking for me though.
More good memories! I’m with ya, I’d have to have that ham sammich! When I was growing up, 16 was the age to be able to get in the pits...... and I started going to the races at just a few months old. Dad was Racing long before I was around ya know! So, at about 12, I would also sneak in and lay low quite often!
Went there twice last year , along with Plymouth IN Kokomo IN Florence KY. Haven't been anywhere this year 😔. Gotta change that. I like your 'behind the scenes' vids. Tough luck with the final results. Gettem next time!
Looking at the antifreeze around the fins next to the filler neck, you have a header leak (where the tubes meet the tank). Sometimes they'll pass a cold pressure test but leak when up to temp. Not that any one asked, it's just fun to know something some time

Overheated, dang man. It happens though. You was moving on up too. It looks like your starting to become famous with all those people there. Are y'all going to be at Farmington this weekend.
I was running a bit late, so I turned on the radio Mike was going through the drivers registered when he said out of Farmington Mo,I thought no way Tim drove all the way here, he said wait nevermind. Then I saw you hot lapping thought well if McKinney doesn't win hopefully Tim does

Jesse it wasn’t that hot, as soon as it pushed water out on that caution, the temp went up. the rad cap didn’t hold and that was our issue. We took it to the pits and ran water across rad until the temp came down.

get ya a fan shroud and run a T-stat(195) worth at least 20 degrees if done right After fixing the rad if leaking of course.
