Whatever you call the blade shape, I really like it. The speed holes are meh, but they do reduce the weight and maybe adds to the grip. The wood is slippery, but it does look good. Thanks for sharing JB!
When a knife uses wood for the scales, I always prefer that they use cocobola cuz it's fun to say. The lack of a captive pivot at that price point makes this knife a no-go.
