You should consider selling other items not just clothing. You will bring more customers into the store, and Yes...Increase your clothing sales business which you are focused on... Did you consider using signage in your store to source new items that you are looking for, especially for shoes. Tell people what you are looking for offer a small cash incentive, When you go out thrifting, it's time, gas, & money. So why not have the items come to you? Just tell them what type of clothing you will accept, and the price range you are willing to pay. Also utilize your website more for sales, and use it as blog, no different than a big box retailer. It's a a very nice sight, you just have to furnish it with sellable items. Think of it as another branch of your apparel real estate market and office.
Hi there, so I don’t really have any interest selling anything besides clothing/accessories. That’s my specialty and I think keeping it niched is part of the reason why ive been able to grow. I already do have signage. Not sure if you caught it, but I own a consignment store so all of that is kinda necessary to get inventory for my store 😂 I use Instagram mainly and it’s been the best for me and my business to connect with customers and I do all of my online marketing that way. I’m not sure what you mean by “furnish with sellable items” haha. This warehouse is not meant for customers to come and shop. It’s to house inventory for my OTHER business which is online sales on poshmark and eBay. I have a whole store tour showing off the actual retail brick & mortar if you’re interested in seeing how I’ve merchandised my items. But anyway, I appreciate your intent to help but I think I’m good 🙂
Maybe a rolling shoe rack for your Poshmark shoes. The rack seems like there’s a lot of wasted space if it’s not boots on there. Or add a shelf to them so you can put more shoes on it 🤷🏽♀️ Love what you did to the new space.
I track a lot of analytics! I know what sells well in the shop and what will sell for more online. I have a specific demographic and target customer for each so it’s easy to differentiate!

Totally. I always try to find furniture secondhand before I buy new so I’ll be hunting on FB marketplace for some shoe racks!

I believe it’s the TSC TDP-247 plus. I just selected it cause it’s compatible with my software
