@ElectricSuperCar your channel and journey has inspired me to build my own ev supercar. I've been working on it for a few weeks now (CAD work primarily). Thanks for all the great content and guides! A question, how much range did you get on the circuit track? The discharge rate I keep seeing around forms etc is around 8 miles of range spent for every minute on track (approx 3 kw of charge every minute). Is that close to what you have observed on track days?
Wow Jeremy! Kudos on the awards! Much deserved brother. Seriously. Well done on the runs, I have never raced a car like this either so I can imagine I would have probably been in the same boat as you. You did well, Watson looks amazing and I'm glad your getting the opportunity to enjoy all your hard work.
Wow, that paint job turned out SO good, love the color you picked. Really nice job! Are you happy with the range? I think you're happy with the power level lol Could you setup traction control on it?
Awesome! I thought your spin out was an intentional donut and looked awesome until you let me know otherwise. The car looks great and glad that you got to take it out on the track.
So glad to see this blue beauty ripping, hats off to you man, what a journey... about the clearence issue on the trailer, take a look on the aircups, they work as axle lifters for the front, but retains the coilover setup
Wow SO HAPPY FOR YOU! So glad to see you take it to the competition and really test it out, glad to hear you had a fun time at autocross. It’s great to see the car in action. Major props to you!!! 🏎
Great Video! Thinking back to all of your careful planning, long hours, troubleshooting, attention to detail, redesigning, and plain hard work, it has got to feel good to have it all pay off so well. Not just with the trophies and interviews, but with the fun of seeing your dreams come to fruition. And the car looking (and driving) like a supercar! Along with a special recognition that you did the work yourself. Love the blue, on Wattson, in motion.
That looked like you had a lot of fun. And third place for something you literally built in your garage! That’s incredibly impressive. I love your colour choice too, looks sexy. Your car must be pushing between 3 to 4 seconds 0 to 60 looking at that. It’s all about acceleration with electric cars, top speed well as long as it’s around 130mph it’s fun enough.
Hey Friend! Fellow car designer here. I love this build, absolutely gorgeous! I just want to add a quick little thing that probably shouldn't bother you unless you want to go competitive. That is the fact that I notice that the front wants to fly up around those corners. I recommend adding a better wing to help keep it from flying off (and also probably prevent future spinning). Although Im sure this is completely useless information, Im really looking forward to your future projects. Im a designer at Ultima Sports, so you should definately check our kits out, if you want another (non-electric) challange (although ill pay for your car if you can make the ultima RS electric, thats a promise)
Did you learn your trailer carpentry from Rich Rebuilds? 😂 - we do what we must… Great work - amazing result for the first major on-track shakedown run (of both man and machine) - and you got a new cameraperson along the way.
Awesome to see you go from concept to enjoyment and awards! Quite a journey my friend! Inspiring. Hard to measure all that you've learned and thankfully have recorded to be able to teach others. Thanks for making the recordings and sharing with us! :)
Congratulations on the awards. Actually, congratulations on everything; your design, build, presentation, entering this event, everything. You have done so well with this project. Can I ask one thing? I noticed when coming to a hard stop that the rear wheels were skidding, but not the front ones, so I am wondering if you have the brake balance right. Maybe this is something you are still working on. My experience is that it is best, if you can't get a prefect balance, for the front brakes to lock up first as this doesn't cause the car to spin. It is also more controllable in that you can modulate the pedal pressure under hard braking to get the weight to shift forward as you increase brake pressure and you don't get the rear wheels locking up. A simple initial set-up test can be towing the car at low speeds with a heavy tow-vehicle, and observing which wheels skid first as you apply the brakes. I guess you will be starting a new project soon.. I look forward to hearing what it might be.
Weldone looks so amazing and u did amazing against the teslas... Definitely would be cool if was 4x4 or slicks to do drag. Love to know the zero to 60 mph ♥️

What a proud moment. I can't even imagine the hours you have not only into the project, but into shooting/editing to share your build and experience with us. Highly deserved awards, and I have no doubt your garage will be filled with many many many more! Those drag times are very impressive, and there is so much more room for improvement with 60ft, higher charge, etc. Easily a low 10s car once you get it dialed in. The fact that you just finished this a car of this level of customization and ripped it full throttle all weekend with zero issues is a huge testament to your build quality. You experienced some set backs along the way but didn't let them phase you. Lastly, awesome color combo too! Congrats Jeremy!

There's an electric 818 kit car on youtube with an 9 second quarter mile, I think your car could rival that with the right suspension, weight, and power set up. Being able to squat more during acceleration helps
more weight does not help with traction at all! AWD and TC definitely make a lot of difference. I think even with RWD you should still be able to improve a lot using the most powerful tune for the drag, traction control and warming up the tires before the runs. drag radials in the back would help too! but (low) weight is actually your best friend trying to beat more powerful cars. for instance McLaren 765lt even though RWD is very fast thanks to it's low weight, only bested by SF90, plaid, and chiron that have way more power AND AWD
