مواد لازم:
Ingredients:
۱- بادمجان کبابی ۴ عدد
1- 4 grilled eggplants
۲- سیر ۸ حبه
2- Garlic 8 cloves
۳- پوره گوجه فرنگی یک پیاله
3- A cup of tomato puree
۴- تخم مرغ ۲ عدد
4-2 eggs
۵- رب گوجه فرنگی یک قاشق غذاخوری
5- One tablespoon of tomato paste
۶- نمک و روغن به مقدار لازم
6- Salt and oil as needed
۷- زردچوبه و فلفل سیاه به مقدار لازم
7- Turmeric and black pepper as needed
۸- کره یک قاشق غذا خوری
8- A tablespoon of butter
نکته: رب گوجه فرنگی (اختیاری)
