    Don't toss the skin! Let it cook and cool. It hardens then crumble and sprinkle over the taco.

    Same here!! I just discovered your channel and I really like your recipes and the way you explain the process!! One thing I didn't like about this recipe is that you threw away the salmon skin!!😧 That's my favorite part!! Hahaha!! 😃

    I'm very sensitive to Hot spice😢 and the spices I mostly use are salt, pepper, and garlic

    Oh no, the skin is the best part. It's good for you. We always eat skin on fish. Out of curiosity, why do you throw it away?
    I use mostly garlic (lots of it and fresh), basil, onion powder, parsley, chili powder, paprika, salt, and fresh habañero or carolina reaper.

      For me the skin is too fishy tasting but I’m glad you use it. It’s good to use for sure.

    Keep in mind that not everyone has a gas stove to heat tortillas.

      You can use a nonstick pan instead to heat your tortillas same result , enjoy 👍🏻
