The Fridja f2500 Self Feeding Whole Fruit Juicer
The Fridja f2500 self feeding, whole fruit juicer, allows you to load whole fruit and veg into the juicing jug and simply close the lid. There is no need to feed the juicer and there is minimal chopping involved. It is a powerful juicer that can produce fresh cold-pressed juice, nut milk, sorbet and fruit ice cream.
And, to everyone’s delight, it’s dishwasher-safe!
Included with your F2500 is:
A juicing jug, an auger, a juicing bowl with an anti-drip tap, the juicer base, a juice jug, a pulp jug, a pusher, a cleaning brush and the on/off switch.
Assembly
To assemble, start by ensuring the silicone valve plug is inserted into the bowl. Position the juice bowl onto the base, aligning the juice and pulp spouts.
Place the auger firmly into the centre of the bowl. Make sure it touches the bottom, otherwise it will not be possible to close the cover of the juicing jug. Position the juicing jug so that the up arrow symbol on the chute aligns with the padlock. Twist the juicing bowl until it clicks.
Place the juice and pulp jugs under the correct spouts. The juice jug has measurements and a spout to pour you’re ready to use the juicer, you can load in your chosen fruits and vegetables
Some important things to remember are:
Hard vegetables like carrots and beetroots should be juiced first when mixed with high yield fruit such as apples and pears for best results.
Things like kale should be cut into small lengths before juicing and mixed with high yield fruit
Always soak nuts overnight before putting them in the juicer and never put ice in the juicer
You can use the F2500 to make nut milk by adding pre-soaked nuts into the juicer with fresh water. You can also make fruit ice cream and sorbet by allowing frozen fruit to thaw slightly and adding it to the juicer
If you haven’t already noticed, the F2500 has an anti-drip tap to minimize mess and to mix different fruit and vegetable juices.
Keep it closed and then once the juice bowl is full, you can release the juice by opening the anti-drip tap.
Disassemble
Close the anti-drip tap. Remove the pulp and juice jugs. Remove the auger by lifting it from the bowl. If it is stuck, gently rotate until loose. Lift the bowl from the base and immediately clean the juicer after each use. Remove the juicing jug by rotating anti-clockwise until the upward arrow symbol on the chute aligns with the padlock.
Cleaning
To clean the juicer, wash all the parts with warm soapy water. If the mesh on the juicer jug is clogged with pulp, you should use the supplied cleaning brush. When washing the bowl, remove the silicone valve. When putting the seal ring back in, the small ribbed surface should be at the bottom/outside the bowl. The flat side should be inside the bowl.
After cleaning, please make sure all parts are fully dry before reassembling. If you use the dishwasher, It is important to not wash above temperatures of 40°C. And of course, you should never submerge the juicer base in water, just wipe it with a cloth. Reassemble the juicer and it should now be nice and clean and dry, ready for the next use.

I received mine today and let me tell you WOW!!! I am super happy with my purchase...i did a couple of juices immediately after delivery soon as i gave it a wash and the results are making me jump up and down.....thank you so so much just what i needed...and yes the Juicer does exactly as described.....

Does it yield a lot of the juice and how dry is the pulp?

Really helpful video, cannot wait until mine arrives. I find the amount of pulp left with my current centrifugal juicer is shocking and it’s so wet I’m clearly missing out on juice. I can also make my own fresh nut milk which will save me buying ready made or messing around with cloth bags 😊

Hi Ive read skin such as watermelon skin and rind is good for you and since its not easily digestible, juicing it allows you to get the nutrients. can this jucier do this?
Yes I need an answer to this as well. My wife has this juicer and it looks mighty strong. I'm currently going on my own journey with watermelon and I need to ingest the rind. Can the Fridja 2500 handle watermelon rind???

We don't recommend you put in ice. However you can create sorbets and fruit ice cream by adding in partially thawed fruit. Thaw for 10-15 minutes minimum. 🍨
