@MILAN ROSARIO I mean, in most cases, he was helping _protect_ said Legendary(s) from someone else who wanted to capture them against their will. It'd kind of go against the tone. Even in cases where they aren't being protected; Like, imagine if, at the end of the first movie, after sacrificing himself to teach Mewtwo that Humans aren't that bad, he just turns around and capture him against his will. It would be an OOC dick move.

It's kind of hard to imagine Ash with a Dunsparce, but if you think about it, it could work. He mainly specializes with fast, hard-hitting Pokémon (more evident from Hoenn onwards, excluding Unova) and while Dunsparce tends to lag in the overall speed department, it can learn Glare to paralyze targets and Rollout for some fast attacks. Plus, Serene Grace could allow it to dish out secondary effects for extra damage, fulfilling the 'hard-hitting' criteria.
I don't think that Ash will ever catch another electric type because of Pikachu.
Could've if he got Charjabug (dual Bug Electric type).

Let's just blame the Gen 5 Anime writers for why Ash's Gible never evolved. They should have evolved Axew during the 1st Season of Unova, then had Fraxure become Haxorus during the 2nd Season.

he should have also evolved all of his Pokemon that he owned to their final stage because then he would be like the strongest trainer which was his dream right but instead he has to just have most of his Pokemon literally unevolved
You say that like he can just click a button and all his Pokemon will magically evolve. Evolution evidently isn't as simple in the Anime as it is in the games, where it's just a matter of level. Aside from the fact that tangible levels aren't (Or at least, shouldn't be) a thing in the Anime, there's also how Bulbasaur actively resisted evolution, essentially pressing the B button on himself, not to mention Pikachu rejecting the Thunder Stone, etc.
Evolution is, evidently, not only harder to achieve in the Anime than in the games, but also requires the Pokemon in question to want to evolve. And if they _don't_ want to evolve, then, well, that's that. No decent trainer would force a Pokemon to evolve against their will, at least I hope not.

Riolu/Lucario, would’ve been great for ash’s Sinnoh team and if they never did ash Greninja (which I wouldn’t want to happen because ash Greninja is my favourite Pokemon), ash could have gotten a mega Lucario like in the XY games

Ash could have also gotten Mega Charizard Y to better rival Allan. Sucks that Ash didn't use both Mega Charizard Y & Ash Greninja to actually win the Kalos League. A Raichu.... Yeah... a lot of times. For example in unova a thunderstone was falling down and Pikachu got out of the way just in time so it didn't evolve.

If Ash caught a Dunsparce to show off a new evolution for it, my friend would cry in joy because Dunsparce is her favorite Pokémon.
They said if Ash catches Larvitar it will didnt evolve. I think..... It will evolve because mostly of Ash weaks pokemon it evolve. Like Tepig ,Tepig is not strong too but when it evolve into Pignite it is now strong.

I don't know about you, but I had a vikavolt for my sun and moon playthrough and it was a tank. If I needed to heal another Pokemon or something vikavolt was my go to Pokemon because she could tank hits
1.) Magnemite and/or Magneton. In “Sparks Fly for Magnemite”, Ash had the chance to catch the Magnemite that helped him defeat and capture his Muk. He could’ve caught two Pokemon in one episode
2.) Blastoise. If Ash just evolved his Squirtle, he could’ve gotten a Blastoise, or at least a Wartortle
3.) Spearow. Ash has encountered plenty of Spearow and he hasn’t tried to catch one. He could even evolve one into a Fearow
Don't forget, he could have caught fearow when pigeot literally beat him up !!

The main reason why his black and white starters didn’t evolve to a final form is based on the fact that in Sinnoh both his Turtwig and Chimchar went all the way. I do think that his Snivy should’ve evolved into servine, not serperior since Trip had one and that would be repetitive since both Paul and Ash had Torterra. Tepig should’ve stayed a Tepig, since now 3 of his fire starters have gone to the final form and it gets repetitive, but he should’ve gotten a Samurott, if he had one then he would’ve easily beaten Cameron. Just a little bit of switching around in the evolutions, but his black and white team could not be good based on the fact that his Sinnoh team was too good and same with Kalos. If his black and white team was good, then he’d get more hate from fans since “he doesn’t use his strong Pokémon” but if his black and white team went to full potential evolution wise, that’s his best team.

@@Zactoshi I mean, as we saw with Ash's Torterra, Evolution isn't always a completely good thing. If Ash's Pikachu evolved into a Raichu, even ignoring the fact that he doesn't want to, he'd have to completely rethink his whole fighting style after Evolving; He'd be slower and less agile (Game stats nonwithstanding) than before. Oh, and the greatest loss, he wouldn't be small enough to get free shoulder rides anymore. :P
