I'm so tempted to buy this. Will be my first ever BLI Locomotive. Hopefully my local hobby shop will be able to stock this locomotive soon. Great review man @Overnight Scale Models Keep up the awesome work mate. Greetings from Melbourne Australia
Thanks for sharing your review of this locomotive. I have recently purchased one. At the moment I don't have a layout. I enjoyed the layout running. The club layout looks amazing. This is definitely one of my favourite locomotives. I agree with your comments. A definite must have locomotive
@@OvernightScaleModels when BLI did their Facebook survey, I assume you, as with everyone else, asked for them to have 21-PIN plugs and pre-wired smokeboxes for either a speaker or smoke unit?
@@Trainmaster909 yes I did! That was my number 1 suggestion for everything. I don’t use the smoke unit so I suggested maybe a compromise for offering a dcc ready version and a sound version. Only because I’m sure there is a market out there for people that seriously enjoy a synchronized chuff
I have the one you do, and it's nice. Only issue I have is that the tender marker light isn't coming on. I don't know if there's a specific function I need to enter to get it to work, maybe? I was watching JLWIII's review and found out that F-18 turns off the rear light above the cab, which is not listed in the manual that came with my Goose. So I don't know. Did I miss something?
Jiminy Crickets! A beauty beyond compare. That blue is magical.👍
Great videos bro 🚂🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥✊
The ATSF streamlined engine is pulling 14 passenger cars and one observation car

Thanks so much! I really hope you can get one!

As usual with my BLI engines, I will be swapping for LokSound. Gorgeous model though. Hope BLI continues expanding their Hybrid range.
We continue to pray one day we get BLI DCC ready models

This is a cool looking model and would definitely like to have, but 800$ really, I hope the price comes down in later years
The later two models also have a different center driver.

I have a small paper from my model and it says F18 controls the rear light above the cab and F20 is the Tender rear light, I hope that helps.
What are the cubes under the wheels you are using to test the sounds?
Those are Bachmann "E-Z Riders Ball Bearing Rollers"
What are those green boxcars in the front? I've tried to find them everywhere but I can't seem to.
Very hard to find, took me over 2 years to find 2 of them. They are Walthers Proto 50’ Santa Fe express box cars
