Super beautiful. Drift for days. I loved Reaktor back in the day. We would compose wild, twisted psychedelia and leave everyone melting. Between NI and VCV it gets a little out of control. So many choices. The limitation and physicality in hardware is a real experience a laptop cannot offer.
Definitely true. There's something tactile about modular that adds an element of connection. I feel like maybe I'd be overwhelmed by the limitlessness of software.
