- Tantuni is typical Turkish Street Food and originally comes from the Mersin Region in Southern Turkey, which we would like to introduce to you in this “Street Food in Berlin” Episode - with the Street Food Couple with Love & Passion. Tantuni is a Sandwich or a Dürüm (Yufka), which is dipped in broth and served with shredded Beef from the Young Bull Topside or optionally Chicken Steak Meat, Spices, Onions, lots of Parsley, Tomatoes and a few squeezes of Lemon on a special hotplate in front of your eyes is prepared.
Özgür Kücük and his Wife have been running their Tantuni Street Food stand, which is run with a lot of Love, Passion and Care and only the best Ingredients, for several years and were the first to bring Tantuni in its original form of Turkish Street Food to Berlin . It is not just an alternative to Döner Kebab, but an absolute “Game Changer” when it comes to “Street Food in Berlin”. Indescribably delicious! Afiyet Olsun!

Ты попробуй сначала. Я тоже думал, что турки умеют в еду. Пока год в Турции не прожил. Дай турку хорошие продукты и он сделает из них полное говно. Есть исключения, это суп эзаголин и курочка на огне. Все остальное просто есть невозможно.

War jetzt aufgrund eures Videos zweimal da (einmal Teller, mit Reis und Joghurt und einmal XXL-Sandwich) und kann folgendes sagen:
Es schmeckt wirklich hervorragend, nimmt euch ein bisschen Zeit mit, weil es meistens eine Schlange gibt (die ja davon zeugt, dass es ein top Produkt ist), es lohnt sich aber definitiv. Ich habe schon 1.000 Döner gegessen, aber nach keinem hatte ich so ein zufriedenstellendes Gefühl, wie nach einem Tantuni-XXL Sandwich. Das Brot ist schön weich, mit leckeren Gewürzen und leicht pikant. Kann es wirklich nur absolut empfehlen!

Das letzte Video über die Burger hat mich persönlich nicht so abgeholt, weil da viele Fertigprodukte verwendet wurden (Pommes, Ananas, Ketchup) und es deutlich bessere gibt (Burgermeister bspw.), aber so helft ihr definitiv auch "Underdogs" Reichweite zu generieren und so können sie auch bestehen bleiben. Also hatte auch die Folge Sinn 🙂 Freue mich, dass es wieder neue Folgen gibt!

Yeah most of the Turkish artisans live in Germany and in other European countries it's hard to find good Turkish food. It's mostly processed doners and lahmacun which don't look or taste good. Just big portions of junk food to fill your belly.
Juicy and delicious food and owners are always in such a good mood! Never miss their stand if I'm hungry. My favorite - tantuni with chicken and yoghurt.

Erstmal: Super Video, sehr sympatischer Betreiber, man sieht Ihm an, dass er stolz auf die Food Kultur seiner Heimat ist - zu Recht : ) Wertschätzung gibt es heutzutage weniger. Ich habe das gefühl, dass mit Covid nochmal Alles ein wenig distanzierter geworden ist. Manchmal ist das Problem auch, dass Leute die Anerkennung ihrer selbst verloren haben... dann ist es auch nur schwer möglich, anderen Anerkennung zu geben.
Was mir so spontan Einfällt: In dem Fleischsaft von Rind und Huhn der weggegossen worden ist steckt super viel Geschmack. Zusammen mit den Rändern von dem Fladenbrot (dippen und anbraten) ist das schon ein Knaller :D
