I can also say I am extremely excited to see more of Vik's Vespid against other teams and see how those reports turn out. Just wanted to say, As a 40K player(since 1994) I Never played kill team (and still haven’t) but I got Hivestorm and am trying to get my head around the rules. I’ve watched a load of channels and yours is by far the best entry level easy to watch battle walk through I’ve seen. One thing I’m uncertain about is what all the tokens in the box are for. I’ve subbed
15:46 just a comment appreciating how seamless that focus from one operative to the other and back was, whilst matching the voice over. Very well done good sirs!
Love the video, the play-by-play, and the aggressive nature of your operations that really make for interesting material (even at the risk of getting tabled!) One suggestion though... Leave the failed to-hit rolls in the tray so when you're making multiple rerolls, it's easier to tell that you aren't rerolling the same dice. I was showing this video to a complete neophyte and they thought you were re-rolling rerolls (at 17mins and change) and it took a few rewatchings to catch the fact you just removed 3 failed dice.
Yet another extremely well produced and lovely narrated battle report. You guys rock. But one question, how did you paint the terrain? I really dig the dirty, worn-out look!

Wonderful video guys (as usual, of course!) This new season has partially restored my faith in the game. It was getting a bit too bloated (rules wise), so it's nice to see it tightened up a bit. Can't wait to see more!!!
So excited for this new edition! I've been trying to edge my way into killteam but as someone who is relatively new to the hobby it had been really hard to get into with the cycling of releases and having no way to get hold of a concise rule set. Also, I love the aquilons paint job!
I saw Vic's Vespids showcased in the Warhammer Community article! Vespids got me glancing back at Killteam since doing a switch over to AoS around the beginning of this year XD
We need another batrep quick with the experience you gained playing this one, not missing so many rules. It’s hard to make a judgment from this game. Also, really looks like killops rules (as I feared) by both scoring points for kills and also making it harder to score stratops and TacOps because the opponent doesn’t have enough operatives.
Great BatRep and great looking minis guys. Brad, what body and arms did you use for the plasma arm swap? I've been looking over the leaked instructions trying to plan out how to get both gunners.
I was able to use the body from one of the troopers and just tried out arms until I found a set that fit well enough. I should have taken note of their sprue numbers but I didn't think to do that until it was too late unfortunately!
The edition looks fun! Don’t think I’ll be spending any money on it though. Great vid! Looking forward to watching you to stay current. Also, those iridescent wings are dope.
