Do you have a success file or something that reminds you of your progress? Also, thank you again to Alison for the tn… here is a link to her channel @DabblingInJournals www.youtube.com/@dabblinginjournals
That’s such a lovely journal concept. I wish I had this in the past at my lowest times, I think it would’ve really helped. I’m glad you have a creative journal that works for you too. 😊
Love your idea of a success file! I try to be more thoughtful of journaling the good because I realized all of my journals were about my “down days” but now I am going to brainstorm a success file! Thanks for the suggestion 😊
@@TheRALifestyle thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! When it comes to negative or emotional journaling I actually do it in a completely different notebook because after so many years I feel like I never want to read that stuff. It’s more just processing and getting it out, then I move on… 🤣
@@TheRALifestyle Happy to share and chit chat stationery things. I really do think journaling is such an accessible and helpful tool available to all of us for so many things in life... planning, brainstorming, braindumping, reminiscing old memories, documenting, etc!
I gasped when I saw that coffee for life patch. So cute!! And I hadn't thought of doubling up the kraft folders in my ephemera storage TN. That is cool and useful. And now I want to make a little success file of my own favorite artwork. Making any kind of art is so vulnerable and it's so easy to spiral as you say. So THANKS for sharing this.
People are spending good money for pen loops, looking for different solutions etc., and than you are showing your TN with pen tacked behind the elastic band - simple and efficient 💛
Haha, thanks for watching and commenting! Yes, there are expensive leather pen loops, but I suppose it depends on your use case. Also if you have a very expensive fountain pen versus my uniball that I don't mind if it falls off - ahha!
I really miss Ali. Hopefully she’s doing ok and will be back. I remember when she sent you the camel TN ☺️ Your suggestion of keeping a record of highlights and achievements is a good one. In my previous job I kept all my thank you emails and basically a running list of achievements and it definitely helped me. Also useful whenever we got new management and they wanted to know…well what have you actually done. Like Amy from Brooklyn 99…I’d be well, I have this 3 inch binder we can flip through 😆 worked every time. Don’t stress over the inserts…just shop your stash as and when the need arises. ☺️💕Louise
Hi Louise, thanks for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it! I miss Ali's videos too! I hope she will be back... The thank you email collection is a great idea - yes! I'm all for anything keeps the motivation going and helps to tangibly show all the wins! Yay!
