bro absolutely, i got like 2 or 3 of them in a seperate fight and then was almost out of flasks while there was still half the population waiting for me

i always ignored that sword because of the short range. maybe i should give it a try, the frost proc looks guaranteed if the enemy stays in the skill.

Such a shame this weapon has such a great ash but then gets ruined by the moveset
