  • Located in Jeddah, The Oasis is a self-sufficient residential compound designed on a 10,000 square meter plot. The compound consists of seven interconnected blocks at the ground floor level, where all common public amenities are situated.
Strategically positioned along the peripheral edges of the plot, these blocks create a central void that houses a beautifully organic-shaped pool, serving as a focal point for residents. The design of the blocks incorporates a fragmented upper floor system, allowing natural sunlight to penetrate the deepest areas of the public spaces.
A harmonious blend of organized chaos coexists with the fluidity of the landscape, characterized by a predominance of white in the upper structures, which contrasts with the warm, wood-like ambiance of the pedestrian pathways leading to various entrances. The Oasis compound features a combination of geometric glazed volumes, fluid walkways, and landscaped areas.
Significant attention has been given to creating intimacy within the project, resulting in a series of tilted openings that frame multiple scenic views. The architecture employs a decomposition strategy, transforming the buildings into a collection of scattered volumes that engage with the surrounding landscape.
Suspended gardens and planted areas are thoughtfully integrated within the structures, enhancing the living spaces with garden-level functions. The Oasis not only offers a variety of apartments in different sizes and styles but also provides a pleasant escape from everyday life, enveloped in a lush, green atmosphere.
