Concrete Jungle is phenomenal. It was the opening track, and the way it slowly transitions from one style of music to another is so subtle at first, becomes more apparent as you listen and then it just SLAMS

I dunno why nobody is recommending Dethrone!?!? It’s a really heavy song and shows what a dynamic range Noah has. If you watch the live version, he hits some almost death metal lows in it.

While I do agree that it's definitely worth checking out just to see what Noah is capable of (especially the live version) I think that other people are recommending these songs because they're better "songs" Dethrone is a nice change of pace and a good throwback to their routes, but it is somewhat generic in the realm of Metalcore. I do love it though.

I was in a relationship for 5 yrs. ended pretty terribly. Going to concerts used to be our favorite thing to do together. It had been an entire year since going to see a concert, and this was the band that headlined in Phoenix last week. The music hit me straight in the gut, but I got together with old friends and ended up having the best night I’ve had in an entire year. This band will always hold a special place in my heart for that.

I feel like "Take Me First" off the latest album deserves a bit more recognition. The heavier side of Bad Omens is my favorite, but this song REALLY grew on me over time, love the way Noah sings on this album. "If I'm There" and "Limits" are probably my two favorites from them, overall.
Just Pretend is a song I found after I lost a relationship I had for 1 1/2 years. At first it it kept me down in those feelings of grief because of how much the other person means to me. As I listen to it now, it has me hopeful that maybe sometime in the future I can find them again. I’m so glad you reacted to this song.

You and me both dude. I only learned of Bad Omens in 2020 and they so quickly became my absolute favorite band EVER! Ive already seen them live twice this year. The first time I saw them in May of this year the experience was so powerful and this may sound ridiculous to some but it gave me the strength and clarity to realize I could finally leave my marriage that had been bad for many years. Every lyric of every song they sang spoke directly to my soul. That experience changed my life and I will be forever grateful and forever a fan! Thank you, Bad Omens!

Going through a very recent breakup and this album hits everything on the nail. I even listened to it before things ended and it was still too accurate for comfort. “Just Pretend” has been on repeat ever since the album came out, I cannot get enough of this band.
I also cannot recommend “The Grey” enough, absolute banger and probably the most emotional off the album.

Agreed! People have been missing out on this band for way too long. Hopefully more people will start listening to more of the songs from their first album (The Worst in Me was the first song I ever heard by them and is still a favorite... although I have about 5 or 6 favorites from them that I can't decide between, ha!). My first song from Bad Omens was Never Know, because I found it on a playlist for a fanfic I was reading, and I hadn't listened further until the release of Death of Peace of Mind because I had just been so busy, and that was the first time I heard Noah's harsher vocals, and I was just so hooked. Just Pretend is definitely one of my favorites on this album. I don't think I've ever heard a bad song from this band. No skips. Ever.
They are absolutely amazing live. You get the chance to do it. And I mean Shia LaBeouf “DO IT!” this song was amazing live as was all the others in the set. Limits is one of my all time favorites

I too have been obsessed with Bad Omens. I went to see INK live, and they opened for them. I've never been so impressed with a live performance by a band before. They outdid themselves and Noah in particular left my girlfriend and I speechless. The range this man has, and the clarity in his voice live is unreal.

With everything that's come out this year that was incredible...beneath the massacre, Darko, DGD, counterparts, several others.... Bad omens is definately still in my top 5 albums of the year. They're one of the only bands that moved to a more accessible direction because it actually felt like they wanted to and not to just get bigger (ahem architects, parkway drive) and made an incredible and diverse album of well written songs. I look forward to the next chapter of their sound.

Seeing them tonight at the house of blues - 2nd time seeing them. One of the only bands that sound even better live.
One of the best songs I’ve heard from them, is the acoustic version of Never Know. Usually not a fan of acoustic versions of most songs, but I truly think this may almost be as good as the original song. The way he hits the high notes towards the end of the song just blows me away. Definitely a good listen.

Fuck yeah! I didn't know you were reacting to bad omens yet. I've been off UA-cam for a while. I found bad omens with Artificial suicide and they immediately became a favorite! Death of peace of mind is such a great album, the sounds surround you and it's like environmental. I love these painful songs like some love sad movies and ice-cream.
