- Los Angeles Fire Department Battalion 13 companies were dispatched to a reported structure fire in 66’s first-in at the intersection of 54th St. x Normandie Ave. (later corrected to 1400 blk. of W. 54th St.) just before 01:00hrs.

The roof of the initial fire building collapsed with personnel on it, fortunately, no injuries sustained.

3:50 awwww it’s a good neighbor lending as much hand as he can. I love seeing people come out of the woodwork like that
Awesome footage! Glad no firefighters got severely injured in the collapse.
Love the civilian deploying the green line to help with extinguishment! 😂🤣
Every drop of water helps.
such a good vid! crazy how the second one took off so fast ... great stuff as always!
thank you!
Apparently everyone is immune to the smoke since no one has bothered to put on their scba mask
That initial house was ripping when you got on scene! Great coverage.
put out a good sized loom up for sure! thank you for watching 👍🏾
Nobody masked up, but the saws were working overtime!!
Absolutely no reason for that second house to burn.
I'm watching the "Keystone Cops" here
@@lloyd_and_harrys_worm_farms
Exactly. They're running around like they have no idea what the hell they're
Supposed to be doing.
It had already made its way in the attic most likely.
@@grnkl115
Even if that's the case. They didn't even bother trying to stop it.
Good seeing you there! Still one of my best fires!
likewise bro! still blown away by how fast you got there 🤣
@@FB1ResponseVideos 😂
This whole damn company needs to go back through rookie school. The officers need to be fired. No control of the foreground whatsoever.
That was embarrassing to watch. They looked clueless. Why didn't they protect the second house?
Excellent Catch 🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒
Nice video
These firefighters that are on the nozzle... what are they thinking? I mean really? On, off, on, off. Keep staring at the fire while hogging the hose.
Why Oh why is there not a spacial ordnance to how close these homes are this all over the US. WTF.
This is the first time I have ever seen LAFD look sloppy on the job.
And I guess you're perfect?
@@j81870 We don't learn from our victories we learn from our mistakes.
It's sad to c someone's home burn...
💪
All those guys why so few hoses in action?
Anyone here remember a similar collapse in LA not long ago?
Glad no firemen got hurt at all 🐾🚒💜🐕🐕😇🐈🔥🌲🥑🔥you are heros thank you
Hey we have the same name and think the same, yes fireman are our heros they risk their lives we love we you firemen 🚒 🔥❤🌲
Beautiful shots of the night fire, but unfortunately the work of the firefighters was bad, the second house could have been immediately defended without damage if they had been more seriously engaged! It's a good thing that none of the firefighters were injured or killed!
I thought LA had learned when NOT to go on roofs! Don’t risk so much for what has already been lost!!!
Great video catch and close ups!!! Any closer and you would need your own SCBA, lol...
Everybody is wearing SCBA. but nobody is masked up. Not good guys. .
Not LA's greatest performance here. Only thing going for them here is at least no one got hurt. Other than that this video was a train wreck.
So you've got FFs on the one roof of the main house, but no one concentrating on the exposure, which is now burning and then they're exposed to a collapse? 🤦♂️ What is it with getting on the roofs of lost causes? Is it some kind of stupid habit?
You missed the collapse? Arggg lol
So slow to react officers....They let other house burn...
Might help if someone masked up and went INSIDE and put that shit out !!!!!🤷♂️
Lol
😂😂
Yikes!
As usual, too little, too late to save adjacent house.
look how many guys arent masked up under air!! this is shocking that really needs to change
Jai hind
Alot of standing around doing very little and lousy pressure on those hand lines
You suck
LAFD and never putting there mask on lol
This team is so bad, wrong tatics, bad nozzle use, no sense of SCBA use, its so bad, they need to traine.
Brutal brutal. No reason to have lost tbe 2nd house. Stop sawing holes and use the dang hose
Found the UA-cam firefighter expert
Oh yeah because you can just teleport you and a hose into a wall
Lousy...
A bunch of clowns !
Just jealous of our heros, gross disgusting
