When I change a diaper that hasn't soiled out onto the clothes, I have the same routine as this video. I just do not change clothes or use disposable gloves or pad. Thanks for watching!

Great video I do the same but in the uk. We always put on gloves before picking up the child and it's good because we get aprons and masks as well
Great detail has gone into your nappy change policy. We also have one to which is to have a change pad make sure it's cleaned between changes and nappy all placed in the rubbish bin outside all children have own wiped and nappys. Then wash hands after each change. I'm in new Zealand this may differ to your Inhome childcare polices.
Have you ever thought of buying Chux pads online? I would buy different sizes when taking care of my dad. You can buy in bulk.

You need change clothes wipes to wipe the butt creams on the butt if day have a diaper rash

What state are you in? In Georgia, you have to wear gloves at all times. I worked in a daycare center. I don't know about home daycares

All these years i could have changed my kids a lot easier by rolling their clothes down. Lol. I dont have a daycare i just mean my own kids.
