- After the interesting experience from the day time visit, I decided to come back at night to see if we could catch anything creepy on camera... that we did!!! I’d think twice about coming here alone again for sure!!
Exploring this place was very interesting, such a beautiful building with lots of personal possessions left behind and so much history here! I’ve added as much as I can find below about the history of this place and why it closed in 2016 as a nursing home..

@Colin, I don't know if you had noticed that at 9:30 your friend picked up the xylophone mallet that was resting on the bars, then he placed the mallet vertical with the ball end not quite touching the edge of the brochure. Then at 10:57 when you both checked back after hearing noise coming from the xylophone, the mallet ball is well past the edge of that brochure. The final noise at 11:40 the mallet has moved further down in the opposite direction! Scary!
I noticed that. I'm going to have my son watch with me in the morning. He'll let me know if there's something or an actual someone playing with them.
As I get older I really appreciate the history of things x
I worked there for 17 years on nights and only once did a very sane colleague of mine report something like a ghost. It was such a beautiful house.

Hey buddy. This video is great. We explored it back in the summer and heard the piano play as we where walking down the 3 steps just up from that room where the xylophone was!! We are going back to do a paranormal visit. We tend not to do paranormal but after our encounter, plus a friend of mine had the piano play in his video and now seeing yours! We though it rude not to. At 10:44.. 10:45 when he went to check out the xylophone noise .. was that a black shadow going across from left to right ..lower ??? In that room to the right.. in the day time video .. the tea kettle was plugged in & now in different place unplugged & now on ping pong table !! & ping pong 🏓 paddles .. one of them got moved .. ??... definitely activity there for sure .. 👻😳. I went to this school from 1970 to 1975. It was spooky even when full of kids, so spooky in fact that if one wanted to go for a pee in the middle of the night one had to told it in until sunrise as to go out into the corridors and to the washrooms was too scary.

When your buddy put that drumstick down I saw exactly where he laid it. When you came bak after going to the kitchen, it had been moved. As a matter of fact each time you walk back into that room that yellow drumstick is in a different position!!

I've been there not long ago exploring with a few friends at night in the middle of a giant thunder storm. It was well fun and watching this video i wanna go back and film. It's amazing how much it changed since this video. Lot of destuction by vandals unfurtunately...

The swimming pool you saw was a physiotherapy pool for old people. It's so they can move their arthritic limbs better under water.

If you play back where the chairs have moved and look on the floor next to them you can see a small ball looking to be of metal or glass rolling on the floor under the table @17:23 when you hear the noise while in the room same room as the chairs that move. Very weird place to say the least. Great set of vids!
That ball is 100 percent moving, and 100 percent is the cause of that noise, so strange, granted it could have just fell from being disturbed, but still strange.

When they hear the xylophone in both times if youlook carefully at the video. When they re-enter the room. You will notice that the thing you hit it with has moved position even though no one was in the room
Hi guy's. Love the video and the respect you give to every video you do. 2 things. 1 ( i think you should go back though your footage. Then your get the answers that your looking for). 2. ( you wondered where that noise came from when you was in the kitchen looking at the stainless steel ovens. Then you walked back. Saying it was the musical instrument. Well it was. After your friend played it. Look at the footage where he put it back down on the brochure. Then you both walked in the kitchen. After that you heard the noise. You walked back to the room. Thinking it came from hear. Well it did. And where your friend had put it down on the brochure it had moved slightly. Then you leave the room again. And once more you go back to the room. After hearing another noise. It had moved even more so than the 1st time. 🤯 Hope this helps you get your answers from that noise. Well the start of them anyway. Keep up the good work. We all love it. Last time he was there that laptop was open. Also anyone else wonder what's in all those locked rooms and why vandals haven't busted into them. It is a sad creepy place. Love your videos!

Probably someone living in the room with the locked door. It has a lock on the outside, for when they go out. And are probably locked in there when you came in.

Creepy allright! Ive explored our local mental asylum where i live. With a crew, not alone. All its windows are barred-nailed really good, and all the door entrances are locked with regular lock and padlocks. So we borrow the keys from the caretaker, then lock ourselves inside. So that no one else are there. So when we do experience strange sounds its not human. Its the building, rats, birds or something unexplained...
That xylophone stick was definitely not in the same position when they went back into that room unless they’re just playing games 😮
We just came back from this place, we had the same thing happen to us with the xylophone, we saw it, then we heard it later, all the places you got spooked, we did the same spots. At least when you went it was looking nice, great video. 🤘💀👍
If you look at the position of the xylophone after he plays a tune and when they go back, you can see it has been moved. It is not in the same position.
The stick for the piano yolk was in a different position each time you went pack to it 😱
It DOES give off a mad creepy vibe, even before you get inside. We went last year and had a couple things happen. Right near the beginning of our video (just as we enter) there were 3 loud knocks that I only heard once I was editing the clips together. Also when we were in the upper middle part there was banging and crashing heard in a room down the hallway from where we were. It’s got a very eerie presence to it....and we went in the day! Lol
Coca Cola would definitely want that vending machine back ! Someone has screwed up in the office somewhere and lost track of it.

I watched the video twice to see if I could notice anything.. I heard a voice in the room with the bingo table.. you went through the kitchen came out by the ping pong table 🏓 at that point I heard something go (bum bum) or (come come) 16.05 it was quite load before you entered the other room before the chairs movement.. check it out..
