u don't need to use headphones. to put the vid on loop click the settings button in top right corner of the video and then go to additional settings and u will see it :)
@@theathlygamer5078 First of all this question is not stupid and feel free to ask any questions, basically loop is a setting in which you don't need to play the video again and again, once you clip on loop the video you listening will be playing by itself, here's how you can loop the video "go to the video you listen and then click on the setting icon and after you will click on the setting icon some setting options will be displayed, one of them will be 'additional setting' click on that loop will be displayed after that. Okay, guys, I'll update, starting today. ✨ Day 1- it's my first listen, my nose is throbbing, if that's the right word to use, it's hurting so bad, like someone is contracting it by force. (Yeah I supposedly have a big nose) Second listen in my cheekbones are starting to hurt and tingle. I'll listen this subliminal for two times. I also listen to bunch of other random subliminal. Update- After showering, I looked at my face, my nose was slimmer and I had a glow, like angelic vibes.✨ Day 2- I woke up and I looked so beautiful and angelic. Update 1- My lip shape looks like my desired faces and my skin is so much more smooth/clear. My nose is also looking more like my desired face. My eye shape looks different my df is wearing makeup in the picture but it looks like my eyes are starting to be like hers. gonna keep listening and see what happens.

u don't need to use headphones. to put the vid on loop click the settings button in top right corner of the video and then go to additional settings and u will see it :)
