So helpful. Im heavyweight and flat foot, currently lifting heavy load and walk with bare foot on uneven surface.
I found my cause for plantar fasciitis was my peroneal muscles. People that have had numerous lateral ankle sprains will at some time likely develop plantar fasciitis.. I treated it this way with lower limb deep muscle massage & breaking down the fascia scaring with SMR & Graston like techniques.. During the massage you can literally hear & feel the fascia crackling apart & then instant relief.. The deep massage was the key..

What if I don’t have tension in those areas. But still in pain
diff diagnosis probably have like a bunion or some still facitis/‘knots’ around your bottom of your feets

Yes I have that and I’m miserable and crippled from it. It affected my hip and si I try to massage it myself and stretch it but it won’t come out. And oddly the hip and si pain go down when I do get a decent massage on it from myself. I keep telling these drs my hip and si pain is coming from my achlies, calve and arch but no dr will listen. It ruined myself stole all my dreams I’ve had to do years and years of research to figure out what is wrong with me. Well I just started listening to my body’s needs and I kept feeling the need to massage right in the arch and calve. Cause both feel so tight that they make my whole leg up to my hip and butt feel shredded. I feel like I need an accupuncture needle right dab smack in my arch and I’m gonna get it.
I had planter fasciitis just getting over the pain I know how to get rid of it. It’s gone now. I know how it got there. ❤😊⭐️

Also tension in arch will cause tension in calve forsure even in toes it’s horrible.

My feet feel like a mix between walking on cement for 10miles barefoot and on fire at the moment. Iv been on my feet the past 24 hours ..at work. So Iv been on my feet the entire time mostly. This is horrible, never had this problem till recently

Don't avoid it. It's not inflammation. It's actually muscle death. So deep tissue massaging it will actually help.
What the hell is muscle death?
You just don't massage where it hurts which is the bottom of the feet. You go to the face, the arms, or legs! Otherwise you inflame it more.
