??? Arthur has a deeper raspier voice listen to them together. They both speak accented school boy English, which is fine, and I am pretty sure both are Tri-lingual. But I would suggest that Italian is not Arthurs strongest language. Having to guess I would say Arthur would be almost a full Tenor while Charles is almost Contralto. in other words Charles has higher pitches in his voice specially when he speaks English or gets excited. While the same can be said for Arthur his natural tone is different. They are both still young men and their voices do range more when they are excited. More interested in seeing a Ferrari Test drive for Arthur on a day when Charles can be there to set the lap times.

So essentially I use Adobe After Effects! and when you go to the effects section, press the audio subsection, and it should have something starting with the letter ”m” can’t remember what it was called tho.. maybe modify/module/monitor etc. but something along the lines! And then import it to your clip and change the settings from 1 to 7
