Nah, the Challenger is the very definition of a Muscle car. Loud, powerful, comfy, and ready to rock the strip.
All 3 are competitive affordable now to get a all thrills, no luxe ride
Even getting a luxe model is relatively cheap after discounts.

Necrotic Reaper what makes the lt1 special is that it has a v8 with the same power as an ss and it’s cheaper than some 4 cylinder turbos, most cheaper muscle cars are a v6. Whats also amazing is the mpg this camaro gets over an sti or civic type r that are either the same price or more expensive

@@bryceglidden6473 That's nothing special, Ford and Dodge cut the overall cost of the GT and Scat Packs a while ago.
I've been seeing GTs for 28k at several dealers. Lmo
The LT1 is basically what they did instead of just cutting the msrp of the SS down a bit.

Just traded a 2015 1SS in for a 2020 LT1. The significantly lower sticker afforded me to upgrade the sound system, wheels and add a spoiler for 38K and change. The SS had a manual, which I swore I’d never switch. The 10 speed automatic /manual in the LT1 made me a believer. I’m delighted with this my, 7th Camaro, since 1997. ( OK, one was a Firebird.

I got my 2016 Mustang GT for $32k. I still like it. I looked at Camaro when I was shopping. Price shot it down. Visibility too. GM V8 usually performs! Way different throttle feel than the Ford 5.0. Some people like that tight interior. Mustang is roomier, and Challenger is a living room! Gotta get what fits. Nice to see that there will be more V8 Camaros on the road at this price. As a GT owner, and previous owner of other performance cars, there is no glory without real competition. Just be safe. Great review as usual. Real, and on point.

@@whatswiththissassylostchilld Like I always tell anyone that hasn't checked out a certain car in person, they are usually free to test drive! Seating position in Camaros have been low and tight since the early 80s. Mustang got tighter in 94_95 through 2004 with their re designs. Then they went to a "retro" design in 2005. Like most classics vs modern cars, it was bigger and roomier. Dodge Challenger is retro style still, so it's a living room inside! I recommend you test drive the GT and the Camaro, and see for yourself. Should be fun!

Now that the LT1 exists I don’t think I would bother with the SS unless I was buying the 1LE package for track use. Unless there was an SS deal that was too good to pass up, which can happen with GM end of the year sales. Btw, if it has the quad exhaust tips it is the dual mode exhaust, as is the case with this one. It’s a $995 option. The standard LT1 has dual tips which are larger. Also, the modern Chevy pushrod V8’s (formerly LS, now LT) are fully modern and absolutely amazing engines. I like the LT1 6.2 a lot more than the Coyote 5.0 mostly for the torque and the sound. The only advantage the Ford engine has is higher revs.

@@JordanSVT you're completely wrong. I don't know where you're looking to see that. Go to the Chevy and Ford websites and build both cars. The net price for the Camaro was $33,600 for the LT1, with the only option I picked was a rear spoiler. Then I went to the Ford website and built a basic GT. It's net price was $36,400 with no options picked, because it comes with a spoiler. And you'd probably get that Camaro for UNDER $30k without much issue because they don't sell very well. Also, the basic infotainment screen in the GT is a damn disgrace. Not even touchscreen. It's also hideous to look at. Sorry, like I said, I'm a Ford guy, but GM has Ford beat on infotainment and the price of these two cars. And it has Ford beat on torque and only five less horses. Don't be so biased.

Especially if it’s a modular motor with 4 cams.... but as far as stock exhaust this Camaro makes a good case, next up would be the Hemi cars that only need the mid muffler deleted. Nope, the 2020 Mustang GT is a V8, not an ecoboost and it costs less than the Camaro reviewed in this video. Aftermarket is always cheaper for Fords aswell, I know this from personal experience. Currently, the Camaro probably has slightly better handling, but it's hardly noticable and most people won't be heavily tracking either cars to their full potential. The 2020 Mustang GT is faster, has more horsepower, looks better, is cheaper to mod, and it costs less! Costs about $6,000 less. So I'm not sure you can see it very well.

I'm not talking about the GT. Essentially the GT goes against the SS. I'm talking about how Chevy came out with the LT1 while while Ford came out with the high output EcoBoost turbo 4. Relative price goes with demand, beings that the mustang is more desirable. It will retain its price as opposed to the Camaro gaining discounts to sell them. As for mods, I'm not one to mod cars so that viewpoint is moot in my eyes.
