    Squat thrust and thrusters are different movement. That's a thruster

      Also, makes no sense to show this demo from the front. That’s not how ppl will learn to do it properly. That’s an exercise which should be shown from the side. The dumb bell rotation is an unnecessary move for beginners. Not a squat thruster either. Just a thruster.

    Definitely not a squat thrust 😅 this is movement is just called a thruster, or to avoid confusion squat to press

    Form looks off as youre coming down lower on one side so out of alignment
