If youre going to hook it up the same way i did , the control isnt even gonna work. You control the bass thru the stereo so its better to just leave the remote off, unless it works for you
You need to buy a ground wire end for the ground. Then take a self taping screw and screw it any where in your trunk. Screw it out then grind off some paint to make metal to metal contact then run the screw in. That will fix your problem
Yeah i ended up screwing it to the trunk and it fixed the problem, there was a little hole already on the trunk so a past owner probably had a sub aswell lol
Im running a transmitter in my 05 as well, the previous owner installed an Aux cable/phone chargers. I plug the Aux into the transmitter and it sounds crystal clear

I bought a plug where you can plug wires into your 2 back speakers that goes to a box that has rca plugs that goes to your amp to keep you from taking out your factory radio, works great with a 12" Memphis Mojo
The time of day, the Cudi beat, and the older kicker sub brings back memories, good video
i'm going to try to do this i have an 07 with navi/dvd hopefully all parts what you used it what i need thx for vid 👍🏼
I'm running the same exact sub and box n my 04 tsx and I bought the adapter for it 😂

Where’d you get that Bluetooth kit from need it for my 04
It came installed when i bought it. Its called GTA car kits
Is the long, blue wire that’s part of the harness kit what you connect to the remote wire area on the amplifier?
Yes the blue wire is the remote wire , you connect the amp blue wire to the blue wire on the little device
Well for me my remote on my amp is blue but maybe yours is a different color , either way yes thats the remote wire
What wire did you crimp from the factory radio? Did you?
Ohh, the remote wire??
Yes but nothing had to be crimped from the factory wiring. I crimped the remote wire coming from the amp to the remote wire on the little adapter
