So excited to see what the future holds with this new space! I cannot express how grateful I am for all of the 4.7 knowledge you have shared over the years. I know you have saved me and others so much hassle. That view is killer, what a cherry on top. Congrats Martin!
God bless Brother You saved me thousands of hours on guesswork and trial and error over the years. My baby is still running strong because of you. You deserve the new place. Looking forward to more videos. Thank you
MAN, what a visionary you are.. just found your channel and I’m already “loving it”.. intrinsically I can live through your youth… I’m 74 and I’ve already given up on these types of visions but thank you for yours will be watching.
Martin you deserve and earned every single thing you have. All your hard work and honesty will always continue to pay off. Take your time and get your new shop setup the way you need it and your dedicated followers will always be there for you. Good luck and Enjoy what you have earned
Thank you Dan. Now I have new problems every time I turn around something I need is almost a 100' away instead of 20. It's a good problem to have though.
Well done! Now you have to fill it up with many more projects. Your videos have shown me the way many many times. Much appreciated sir and congratulations on the new shop. Well deserved.
Wow! This is great news. Indoor space is so import to store stuff and have room to actually work on rigs with out confinement. 5200sf sounds like a lot until you fill with projects and tools. Super happy for you and the channel this will be great for us viewers as well.
Congratulations Martinbuilt: I will enjoy your future videos. Oh my are you going to do airplanes LOL just kidding. Now you can do more MacGyver type work for many vehicles at once. WOW is that a shop or what. Burn out time in the shop !! Let me know when you start to do your own 4.6 L strokers. Beats the hell out of my 10x12 garden shop I built. I’m happy for you. Ya need a jeep sign on the wall. Big time congrats 🎊 you deserve it. I thank you for all your help for the last few years.
Thank you James, yeah a lot of work to make it my own.. I also have to make the apartment more livable so my daughter still wants to come out to see me.
Way to go Martin!!! that place is too Cool!!! Why didn't I think of hanger/house. I was wondering what was going on, haven't seen a video in a while, now we know!! We will all be waiting to see what your new projects will be! Iam working on a 1995 XJ, 2wd, 4.0L, auto trans, putting 1tons under it & a Terra Low 4:1 1 transfer case. You have helped me with my 2000 WJ, I've done most "MODS" you have & I have got 24MPG, I'll show you a pic' of the trip computer!!! Keep having fun in your new "DIGS" look forward to more vids!!! Thanks for your help!

WOW!!! Congratulation Martin! That is super sweet, indeed... That really put a big smile on my face.. Thank you for all the videos you provide us with. God Bless
Please take a moment to check all your fire extinguishers in the new place! I'd hate to see you loose such an awesome shop due to an oversight. Congratulations!
Congrats on the new shop. Five years ago I went from a 1150 square foot shop that I worked in for over 25 years behind our previous house to building a 3000 square foot shop behind our new home and I can't believe the difference. Looking forward to more videos. Mike
Thank you, yes I'm sure that was a huge difference I would have even been happy with 1150 ft² shop. I had been shopping for nearly a year and considered many of them even at 900 ft² but one thing or the other wasn't quite right with the location.
Martin, congratulations on the new shop, I hope it will help you to give us the quality and good information about cars and tools we are used to get from you. God Bless.
Alright now I watched the video....that is one hell of a nice shop...love the doors and the views...we are looking for some land down in Kentucky right now and once we get it and get our house built, I am planning on building a massive shop down there and starting a restoration business...that's my dream...and on the 2nd floor will be my model train and hobby areas...
That’s a super nice shop Martin. Good for you. I’ve outgrown my shop too. I’ve thought about moving to a bigger one but I may just scale back my operation as retirement is looming. Definitely looking forward to the builds & videos
Hi Martin, Congrats from Liz and Jeff from VV4W. Great to see your new work space. It's awesome!! We are very happy for you and look forward to your upcoming projects. Jeff Jorgensen
Hello Liz and Jeff really awesome to hear from you. I know it's been a long time since I've seen you. If you're ever wheeling out by Pahrump stop by and see the new place. I love to you two. Thank you 😊
It is excellent and beautiful work. I am happy for you. Buying a more prominent place is the best decision to move to a new stage of life, work, and build engines. Wishing you continued progress and success. I am one of your overseas fans from Jordan
Hey Martin, I bought a 4 post lift from a place in North Vegas. I was cheap and installed it by myself. I don't know if I would recommend solo self-installation because it was tough but after doing it once, I'm pretty sure I could do it again a lot easier. Let me know if you need a hand to install. Also, with a wheel kit, you can move the 4 post lift (unloaded) and probably use it to do the heavy lifting for your 2 post lift install. If you can borrow a forklift, you probably don't need to juggle like that but if not, I would do 4 post first, then 2 post. Congratulations on your new shop, I hope it allows you to work on lots of projects and do things you would have never attempted in your townhouse.
Thank you, Well I'm hoping to retire from my day job in the next year 2 years max and do UA-cam full time. Maybe once I get the apartment remodeled remodeled I'll do a video on the living quarters.
Howdy martin so happy for your upgrade n joy, first off get yourself a good clear security camera set-up so many other utubers such as westin mustang shop got shop tools stolen n broke into shortly after there move to a new shop.also since you got all those props and airplane nieghbors get a project airboat build going with aluminium hull.that will give u practice on tig n alum.welding and you could put an 4.7ho junkyard rebuild in it or build up an 6.3 ls chevy or better yet a hellcat engine to get familiar with that block, plus itll keep u in dodge hemi.grease.cant wait!!!happy 4th snooky pa.💥🤪😋👍💥
alright Martin! congratulations on such a major improvement. it is one hell of a great investment. thank you martin for the 4.7 help. i got my notifications set for your next video! really exciting 🙂
Hi Martin!! I am so happy for you to have such a big place to do what you do so well. This is Teresa in Virginia. Been out of contact for a while. Just wanted to drop you a line on my Jeep zj, 1998 Grand Cherokee Larado. Straight 6, auto. The U joints went out in front. Got them fixed and my son, Dave, put new sway bar bushions all way around on it for me. He says it drives better than it ever did!!! Like a whole different car. Good to see you in your new place. I feel sure you will have it organized and filled in no time at all. Talk with you later. Bye
