Excellent looking ribs you got there Kevin!!! And that Nashville Hot sauce looked like some good stuff. I may need to whip up a batch of that for my ribs!!! I'm sure that was some fine eating brother!!! Keep up the great work and keep that smoke rollin'!!!
Great looking ribs Kevin, with a awesome color, great bite through, and very juicy! Love the idea of adding heat into these! Move over "Hot Wings", there's a new kid in town :D
That sauce reminds me of a sauce I used to buy called "Sweet Heat" here in CA. I use cayenne in my rubs, but I like the more direct approach. Thanks for the video!
Nice, Maybe Some Day Spring Will Get Here So I Can Light My cookers! Next week I'm in KY then down to TN, I better not see snow or ice or 6 degree weather lol
We have not had as bad of a winter in the West as y'all in the East. But I feel your pain. Im ready for some warm weather. Keep smoking brother and thanks for watching.
Really Kevin, measuring cups... I dont measure so much, maybe thats why the flavor comes out different. Bad part is when she says "hey i love that flavor, make it again".... Its hard to replicate... LOL
Good cook Kevin, enjoyed the video. Just one thing I would suggest, drop the back ground music, very annoying. All your viewers have different taste in music and some won’t last the whole video if it’s not their style.
2steps69 Pecan is my wood of choice. Mixed with hickory you can’t beat it on ribs. I am originally from Mississippi where we have a lot of pecan. Thanks for checking it out.
Just picked up the Oklahoma joe bronco at Walmart for $184, going to hang 3 racks of ribs and split a whole chicken hanging it also, my first meat hanging try tomorrow, have been using camp chef dlx model pellet smoker smoke pro 3,2,1 method I learned from Malcolm Reed on howtobbqright channel
You've evidently never been to Nashville. Sauce is NOT Nashville. Sorry, probably great but don't step on a tradition. Nashville hot sauce equals.....hot frying oil, cayenne, brown sugar and your choice of garlic and what not. NEVER BBQ sauce!
After I tried hanging that is now how I smoke my ribs. Team 275.
I hear ya.
Fantastic Cook Kevin! The color on those ribs was killer!
Thank you Greg, that really means a lot coming from you sir. Thanks for checking it out.
Love my PBC

Thanks man, I've had the idea for a while now just got around to doing it. Thanks for watching.
That sauce reminds me of a sauce I used to buy called "Sweet Heat" here in CA. I use cayenne in my rubs, but I like the more direct approach. Thanks for the video!

Way to much opening the lid on the PBC. Just cook until they reach 200 - 205. You do to much playing and watching. PBC is very simple, leave it alone!
200-205 a little high unless you doing fall off the bone which is good too but normally 194 is perfect
Perfect doneness nice job. Just ordered a PBC yesterday.
You are going to love it. My go to smoker. Thanks for watching.
Fantastic investment to your grilling collecting. Just orderd my second one. 1st one is 8 years old and cooking in it today. Your gonna love it.
Thanks for the video! Great job!
No problem, thank you for watching.

The Meat Stall thank you very much.
Good cook Kevin, enjoyed the video. Just one thing I would suggest, drop the back ground music, very annoying. All your viewers have different taste in music and some won’t last the whole video if it’s not their style.
Earl Ayers thank you sir. My newer videos I turn the music way down. Check them out and let me know if it’s still too much.
Yum. That stuff is so good and HOT! I've done several videos using that sauce on many things.
Yes sir, its really good. Thanks for checking it out Richard.

Great cook Man. Love ribs in the PBC.

Thanks Mike, you know I love my PBC. Thanks for watching and have a good weekend brother.

Nice looking ribs ! I noticed ,I'm seeing more pecan wood. I like Apple , love 2 try it. Does it gives the ribs a better flavor ???

TheHollarBBQ - Did you spritz at all ?
I do with apple juice.
Is it good to spritz while using the pitbarrel
I do sometimes. Sometimes not.
TheHollarBBQ thanks but from what I have been seeing with the tenderness it looks like it don’t
Nice sword..... no homo.
Let them cook man...stop taking the top off of the cooker
16 plus minutes....ouch
Yeah sorry, new camera equipment. Got to get used to it. I will try and get them down lower in the future. Thanks for checking it out.
We had Kinders cater two different events and both times the chicken was still bloody in the center🤮
