I love Street Fighter but Dragon Ball is everything for me, obviously. Just watching this fight is constant reminder to what makes DB so great. Their look, moves, power, transformations, ultimates. The level of testosterone with DB is in another stratosphere, lol.

In the street fighter 2 movie they clocked Ryu's power level over 3,000...so we can gather that Ryy, Ken, Sagat, Akuma, and Bison are around that or more. Evil Ryu, Shin akuma, and Violent Ken could be double...so around 6,000 and Oni Akuma and Kage could be 3x base...so 9000 or 10,000. The street fighter characters get power creeped so badly but would have been formidable in Dragonball and DBZ Saiyan saga

To be more realistic it should be the top of Marvel universe, like Lucifer, God, galactic, lady death vs dbz. In dbz the z fighters are training with the gods so it makes more sense

Could you imagine how awesome this game would be. Throw in some mk, tekken, marvel, capcom, and jump force. Probably be the best fighting game of all time. But it has to be in this style design though.

You can download ones that have already been made and then add them to a blank screen pack (these are used to hold the characters) then have a blast. And don't worry about copyright issues, as long as you don't try to make a profit off your game, then you'll be good. Powering up to increase ki was an in game mechanism not something that was in the manga. Powering up was only to raise ones own power level to their actual maximum because fighting at maximum initially was not tactical and it burned stamina which is why, now in the dragon ball timeline, we see characters, instead of powering up, cycling up through transformations. Including this mechanic creates an unfair advantage for pvp battles on an even plain that this video also displays.

technically it wasn't a game, Mugen was sorta like a code where you can take characters from any PvP game and put them together to fight each other
