@@readjon you shouldn’t wish for that, you shouldn’t want scars, I felt the same way you did, made my sh so much worse now somehow I’m 166 days clean and I’m doing so much better and I regret my scars so much, I use so many things to help reduce the appearance. Now o have constant reminders of every day. And I will for the rest of my life. I know you want it now and you don’t think about the future but one day you will get better and you will regret it every day. That was my experience atleast
@@amygrant8446 they put both my arms in huge plaster casts so I can’t cut myself so all my old scars are covered up for now

Meeting in the hospital or mental health groups can totally give you an increase in empathy🥰 that’s how I feel about the friends I’ve made in Group.

I’ve made such amazing friends in hospital. Some I’ve spent a year in hospital with so we are more like family and lift each other up rather than enable negative behaviour. I have seen people competing with each other and it’s not healthy. It’s not a life. You guys are amazing.

You two make me feel so good. I recently went into hospital and met my best friend there. I had to leave as I turned 18 on a Cambs ward. The doctors didn’t like our friendship because we became so close. We FaceTime every day and she is my bestie
Yin and yang! Yes! I thought of that as soon as I started watching. You guys are wearing similar outfits and it's just the dark and light hair contrast that makes me think of it.
Also, I had a horrible morning. My phone stopped working last night and I was freaking out about tech/college (everyone calls it something different 😂) because it was my first proper week where we'd be doing work. I had like 4 hours sleep and my food demon decided it was time to take control.. But no! Today was actually a good day. I just had a bad morning and I told someone about how I feel! Go me! And now I've been blessed with this!

I like your videos 😊 I think you don't have to justify some things too much though. It's your life and I think it's good you can be great friends and be yourselves. I think with MH it's good not to have that as a massive part of your friendship like you said it's not. It's no one else's business if you met in hospital and people are small minded if they make assumptions. Would just like to say you and pip's videos have been helpful in my recovery from borderline personality disorder , i like how your videos have sort of like progressed from being informative about the disorder to being light hearted and funny and i think thats the most important thing taking obviously your ilness seriously . Getting medicated ( which i finally am now praise the lord . Im on valporic acid for mania and depression , can see the difference in me already 😁 but honestly keep up the good and positive work you are doing to raise awareness . I hope one day in my future i shall be able to do so the same . So nice one 💪💪💪
