• Also about the issue of weight, try doing meal preaps. Buy meal prep containers and cook healthy food ( keto kinda like diet) that can last you for about a week, keep them on refrigerator and warm to eat. This will help you to avoid takeaways everytime you are lazy to cook.
• Drink warm water with cucumber and lemon in the morning before breakfast.
Try making it a habit to have this mixture more often rather than any other hot beverage.
• Use brown rice, low GI bread, brown sugar, low fat milk, oatsmeal and maybe have pap or cereals once in while.
