Just to add to what you said In a 60liters or 12kg cylinder you can fill approx 8.5 kg of gas for a type 2 cylinder whereas refill can go as high as 10.5 kg in a type 4 cylinder. Further, the avg life of Composite cylinder is more than 20years easily with no Hydrotest required upto 10 years.
Automation India should share this video with MORTH ministry along with tweet this video to Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on his tweeter account for making them aware of change required to move from type 2 to type 4 for benefits of consumer as green environment is need of hour.

FYI...two type 4 cylinders have been blast in Noida at the time of filling...so type 4 is not a good for car right now.

Car is out of warranty. So u can check with a good retrofit centre to add only the advance. Do not allow any other changes.
