I love this stuff! Cheap, makes a great filling economical meal...served with veggies and dinner rolls. I grew up in the 1970s, and budget meals were all the rage.

Hamburger helper has always been a great product. 1975 = 35 cents per serving. 2019 = $2 per serving (including the hamburger). approx. 4 servings per box.

It may have been cheap, but it was loaded with salt and chemicals. Pay a little more and eat healthy.
