I am a bengali, I live in kolkata.. I really love fish.. I had gone through a lot and removed all animal proteins from my meal, but it increased my psoriasis like hell.. Brinjal, soya, daal, milk these things are bad for ps.. You have to skip red meat only in non veg.. Chicken doesn't do any harm.. And sea fish bhi nhi chalega only nadi ka macch khaiye.. Maine ye sab chodh kar dekh liya kuch fayda nhi upar se protein loss hone se ps aur badh jata he.. Do an allergy test, and cut out those foods in which you have allergy.. I am allergic to rohu fish and milk.. So I never take these two things, not even any sweets.. Don't eat milk chocolate, if you are a chocolate lover take good quality of dark chocolates.. It doesn't contain any milk compound.. And don't take camphor, asafoetida, tamerind, raw onion and garlic.. Homeopathy is the best solution for ps..
And one more thing don't take animal proteins (chicken, fish, egg etc) in your dinner, keep these in your day meal.. Khana chodh dene se psoriasis kabhi thik nhi hota.. Har ek ki allergy alag alag cheezo se hoti he.. But kuch cheez he jo common he wo bata diya..

From past 7 years I’m psoriasis victim. One of my relative advised me to take wheat grass juice 3 times in a day, avoid breakfast, and in lunch and dinner take only kichdi. That’s it, no more medicines. Now I’m 90% free from psoriasis and have only small black in some hidden places which will not bother me at all. Instead of suffering with psoriasis I like to have kichdi with wheat grass juice for my entire life.
