- Many patients who are not circumcised, often come with complaints of small red dots over the penis which eventually join with each other to form large red areas. These can also bleed on touching if not treated in time and lead to itching, pain and embarrassment.

It is recurring, I am maintaining the hygiene but occurs again even if I forget to wash it once. Doctor gave me a powder to dissolve in water and use it for cleaning (I guess it was potassium permanent as it makes the water pink) but it is recurring and everytime doctor charges me a hefty fees. Nothing to worry about brother. It happens. While working out blood flow is sent to the organs under stress. Same while running too. So the penis doesnt get much blood. That’s why you observe the shrinkage

Hello. This problem may be because of your soap. Be aware of the things u apply. I just washed and used soap on my private area and it happened to me.

@@kawaninja6721 ya i applied vaseline on it .. and had to stay in bed to prevent movement. When it dries up it became painful so i put vaseline every time it dry up. And in 2 days the swelling healed by 70%. And as of right now im 100% healed. I stopped using soap on that area or anything that can cause it to worsen

But time everything got better and back in 3 weeks, the difference is last time I use to wash it very vigorously this time just with water , rubbing vigorously and washing will make it worse, I used the cream only for two times a day.

Doctor I have zoon blantitis. But the collection of segma is more on right side of penis and in right side of penis I have 3,4 small red dots under foreskin. Left side has also the collection of it but it is small collection. Is this a normal case i mean in your clinics like this patient had ever came or not ? (Age is 16 yrs)
