Are there any female connectors that you can buy off the shelf? I would like to convert a headset to kenwood 2pin but I would need a spare female plug for that

I never came across female, there is clansman extension cable that have female plugs but they are mounted on metal box. I'm sure it's there but I have not seen that part.
