@@TravelingwithKristin We have a favorite restaurant here in Clearwater, Florida where the owner and his wife are from the Canary Islands, and they produce the same menu they used back home in the Canary Island. from Barcelona we are going to Terra Sera and then on to Rome, so so little time, but yes, it would be a great short trip

i can go hiking and to the beach on my scottish islands, which is why i love them. bit cold in winter though, so i'm looking at alternatives

it'S a shame that the girl didn't tell the differences between santa cruz and las palmas but actually said exactly what both cities DO have in common, which is having beaches, mountains and the city in a short distance.
