Was super happy to see him give Union a go. Love seeing him succeed. I would have loved to see a clip of him clearing out a ruck. Love both codes.
He started off in Union he played for the blues before he went to the NRL didn’t he?

Cannot see why so many people say he doesn’t deserve to be an AB. He’s only going to improve with more opportunities. I think he’s much better than Goodhue, Tupaea, Ennor for example. For his first season he has not made too many mistakes and is dangerous on attack and a very good defender. Just haven’t seen a kicking game yet.
Because he is crap. Dont know what you are seeing. He's not even NPC level.

I know exactly what you are saying. The problem is he's not in it for the right reason because he would need to play his trade for years like sonny bill . He's definitely up there but I believe the money side of things discouraged him. In league he's a million dollar player. In new Zealand no one is on that money
He is nowhere near the level of goodhue tupaea or even ennor, I love roger but he needed more time and more consistent game time
What about the try saver against the brumbies
wasted in union is RTS, thrives way more in league
What do you think is the reason for that?
It seems like he’s having a really hard time stepping and what not, trying to slither his way through the defense, but it really isn’t working out for him
@kang501 more space in league, in these highlights he's just starved of space.
TBH: he should have been 12 AB .
He at least deserves more of a shot. Would love to see him stepping in the black jersey

This is a piss take... there are maybe 2 highlights at most here... when did running the ball into a defensive line and getting tackled instantly become a highlight? This shows how lackluster his conversion to union has been... not as bad as benji marshall perhaps...
