Yes you can connect this with your mobile hotspot
But setup needs to be done on the same wifi.
Like you need another mobile phone’s hotspot
So that you can connect the module plus your mobile in which you are going to do the setup with the same mobile’s hotspot.

Yes you can, but you won’t be able to adjust the speed of fan through app or alexa.
Manually kaam karega regulator.
Isme 1 fan wala aata hai
Jisme fan wala aata hai, usme aap regulator ko bhi operate kar sakte ho, but that comes with one fan function only.
Regulator ka koi issue na ho to

See agar aap aap se ya alexa se operate kar rahe ho
To physically off switches hon ya on switches ho app usko still operate kar sakte ho
But uske baad if the lights are on through app or alexa and aapke switches physically off and app usko manually use karna chahte ho
Then usko ek baar physically on and off kardo
Then you would be able to operate it manually as well
I mean jab aap lagaoge aapko very easily samajh me aa jayega.
