excellent video. thank you. My outside tempature on lower left lights up but its not the correct outside tempature. Any ideas on why its not accurate? thank you again!
@yellowjoe.2000 the temp sensor is in the front grill. If your temperature is reading ridiculously low, then the sensor it either disconnected or has failed. When you first reconnect the guages, it will give a low reading and over the course of about an hour will fix itself. Other than that, I wouldn't know without having the car here to look at. Good luck
Hello! I’m gonna do this repair today after a stop to auto zone. I have a 97 Mercedes c230 and my cluster looks like yours. Will these lights just slide out and I pop the new ones in? Thanks!

Just a question disconnecting the instrument cluster doesn’t mess with the gauges to stop working ?
