I’m an old head y’all I’m 68 years old, been to a few countries including Egypt and Ghana but from what I’ve been seeing and hearing I’m coming to Kenya and I’m a chill out with some of those pretty little chocolate things that are there and just enjoy the environment. Mombasa sounds like a winner because I like the beach too.
Mature economies are more refined and difficult to penetrate in business! The fact that Africa-Kenya is less developed means low hanging fruits to make money but also low entry barriers to businesses. So my request to anyone moving to Kenya is to bring value, you shouldn’t come to Kenya to look for women instead bring investment & entrepreneurship, be positively impactful, create jobs and opportunities! I would also like to see Auston gear his dialogue towards development, entrepreneurship, investment/business and value creation! Otherwise keep up the great job!
@AustonHolleman is already opening a consultation company.... very soon he will be opening a company that deals in accomodations for expatriates.....😂🤔 I saw a Kenyan do it USA her company now helps Kenyan who have gone there with green cards.
@AustonHolleman As far as i am concerned, African Americans (AA)are the most advanced Blacks on planet earth. They are exposed to advanced educational standards and education is everything! So we want to see African Americans bring deep technical expertise, deep knowledge base and professionalism to Africa. Africans Americans should be the fountain of deep knowledge and technical expertise & skills! So they have a pool of deep technical expertise, knowledge & skills! We want African Americans to own the top three tallest buildings in Nairobi, we want to see African Americans own the best run companies in Kenya, we want to see African Americans leading in investment banking in Kenya, we want to see African Americans own the biggest banks in Kenya, we want to see Africans Americans in Kenya have a lobbying apparatus in Washington DC to advocate on their behalf for friendlier relationships e.t.c. If you were talking to a Black Rock CEO or a serious person, you won't even go into women and dating instead you'll be talking about investing opportunities, economic growth e.t.c. So, yes I have watched your content, in your content you do touch on slightly different aspects but it is lip service, you're more on the social side and less on value creation(deep technical expertise, knowledge and skills)! I noticed you do discuss other topics but you just do it so that you can say "I don't just talk about women ", you do it to cover your base, you do it to get ahead of an inevitable argument that requires serious responses! You're doing a great job but you have to be aware that smart people are also watching you and they have their expectations too such as better quality content in areas that grow a society and make a real difference!
Going to Nairobi in January and can't wait. I will say this though, I've done Colombia and Brazil and am near -fluent SPanish, and upper intermediate Portugese. Take the time to learn the language gents. COMPLETELY different exp in LATAM, and CHANGES EVERYTHING. I already know Kenya is going to be great, but I feel like the attraction is similar to why the white boys go for the Phillipines vs Thailand.
Wow I had multiple dreams about having a home in Brazil and in each one of those dreams I was always in a situation where I was killing someone for trying to break into my house😂😂😂😂😂 and I heard story ppl trynna kidnap your kids for ransom and all this BS and I FEEELS like the police are the top dog criminals , so I’ll buy an Airbnb in Brazil but definitely won’t raise my family there
4:06 I've been looking into real estate in Nairobi for a month now, and I've never seen a penthouse go for as low as $1200. I'm very curious what your definition of a "penthouse" is. When I think of penthouses, I think of big giant windows everywhere, like the old dude that you hang out with, but I know he's paying 2 - 3x as much, maybe more, than your new friend.
Hi Auston. Another great video. let your friend know (the guy you are interviewing) that he has to be really careful about having his kids schooling in Mombasa unless he takes them to strictly private schools there as the standards are not at par at all with Nairobi and also the culture of the powder (in you know what I mean) gets kids addicted earlier on in life there plus the dominant faith there. Other then that its really scenic but commodities there are more expensive than Nairobi but the houses there are cheaper than Nairobi. Thanks for the great work Auston. Keep it up. You are making us Kenyans proud!
Maybe because it's really something special! When my wife and I visited Nairobi and Daini Beach Mombasa, we absolutely loved it! And so yeah, it is something special!
Tbh fellas cannot handle well some dudes can't handle Colombia it isn't meant for everyone that level of beauty isn't for everyone they can't handle it
if you are looking for a good woman who you can conversate with and grow with the marry your self Kenyan woman. they are intelligent, hardworking and humble. you will be required to pay bride price to her parents though before you marry her. from a thousand dollars and above.
@@AustonHolleman yea that’s western culture, im done with that BS my next wife will have a concubine , and when you do the calculations no woman on the planet should have to do all the house work, take care of kids and stay fit , feminine and friendly for husband , that’s a 2 woman job 😂😂😂 hands fuckin down !!! That’s why all the women in the states are stressed out obese and delusional cause they ain’t have no concubine to get the rebound 🤷🏾♂️
Thesevideos have become more educative than entertaining...I think you should mix them with some entertainment ..I am not saying they are bad am simply making a suggestion..some people love entertaining but everyone needs education which is what you are doing

I been coming to Kenya even before Auston. I fell in love with this country. Once you go, you may not want to even come back to the U.S.
Kenya builds an emotional connection, a sense of belonging and an addictive feeling of oneness. Welcome home brother.
It's a spiritual nation.
@@1devochinteresting. I heard this from many people. Interesting is that even our resistance against colonialism was majorly spiritual.
