Great, but just make sure you have a few assets in the US that are lining up your pockets with some passive income.
If you're going to put together a solid business, start slow with a little investment, watch it grow organically. Don't just throw money at it.

Last place I stayed in Nairobi was in Kitisuru. About 15 mins from Westlands in a 1 br in a modern building with a gym in the building for $380 a month. Tanzania is totally diff than Kenya. Dar Es Salaam is a mostly run down city with busted up sidewalks. It's an interesting place to check out but I wouldnt want to live there. Not a lot of street lights so at night watch your step on those broken streets. After the sun goes down it becomes Dark Ass Salaam.

Tanzania has many cities and many developed Areas.....Dar es Salaam itself has the longest BRT system in Africa with over 150km...and the brt system comes out with sidewalks, sewage system, drainage, traffic lights and Streets lights...
If you don't understand well a place. Its better to keep quite... because you can show your ignorannce
There are a lot of American Investors in Tanzania having Industries, real estates and farms... yesterday chinese opened the largest fridge industry in Africa located in Coastal Tanzania...we want to see that also from AMERICANS WHO COME TO Tanzania not you coming to sleep with girls and parting
