Preserved Bus Adventures | Episode 4 | A Leaky Air Tank On The B7RLE

- Hello everybody, and welcome back to Preserved Bus Adventures!
As always with a preserved bus, or any preserved vehicle for that matter, occasionally things do break and need replacing. After our last run out to Chorley (episode 3) we noticed a strange hissing noise coming from the middle of the bus. After a bit of investigation it turned out the centre air tank was leaking, not good!
We've replaced the tank now and so it needs a good run out to check everything is working. Luckily whilst we were out nothing went wrong, so I hope you enjoy the video!

I miss driving B7s both single deck and double deck, so comfortable to drive and 5 hours driving one is a joy.
Would love to drive these again.

I absolutely adore these buses, and im really happy that you preserved one!
Unfortunately, about 90% of Northern Ireland ones have been scrapped.
I have booked to go to the Preserved Bus Event at the British Motor Museum on July 1st, I hope you'll be there!

Love "Preserved Bus Adventures" Joe is it weird to say I like that Volvo indicator Beep over the Click on later models? It's not a B10M Alexander PS or Volvo Olympian beep but it's better than the Click!

What is the B7 like compared to Darts? The latter is the only experience I've had of a single decker (I drive for Stagecoach).

6:36 wainstalls doesn't get any service on a Sunday now that first runs the route on the 513 service and the odd 512 now and again

Do you need an Operators License for your bus if it’s your own personal one? Just wondering should I ever purchase a bus for myself. I suppose it may depend on what you plan to do with it after

Do you realize that your real life adventure video thumbnails are becoming indistinguishable from your game video thumbs? I got completely fooled thinking this was going to be a gaming video (or maybe it's just on this video). Took me a few seconds to realize that the drone footage over that car park at the beginning was real footage... 😆

the question is, does it have the signature wrightbus squeal? you know, the one featuring on this streetlite (ua-cam.com/video/Q7YDxa9ugcY/v-deo.html&ab_channel=NBW999). i don't think the B7RLEs have it, do they. i'd leave that one up to you to decide if thats a good thing or not 😂. 🔊👂💣
