While the tools have undergone exponential growth for decades, EE/EX experts arrive weekly, and billions have been invested, no one has reported that the needle has moved. So here's the test for all the experts, can they base their fees on the financial improvement numbers. As it is, the clients are the only ones taking the risk, and based on the lack of results worldwide, that risk is substantial.
