Vintage Lasko Fan Restoration - Let it blow!

Vintage fans are some of my favorites. Instead of the plastic garbage being made today, these are all-metal beauties that were actually designed to be an attractive fixture in a room. This Lasko fan from the 1950's or 60's is certainly no exception. However, someone committed a major sin by covering up it's beauty with nasty black spray paint - even on the fan blades. It cried out for rescue, and is yet again a useful appliance that puts out a ton of air and looks great to boot.
