Really good video! I'm happy that both your channel and RE have fulfilled my expectations! ❤

Hats off to the minds at RE team to build such an easy going motorcycle with such comfortable seat height and giving those beefy tyres, especially a 160 at the rear 🤯
Brilliant Amit to cover all the aspects 💯

Any heating issues with the liquid cooled engine? How does the heating compare to the speed 400?

It's a tad bit more than the Speed 400 in Indian conditions, is what I realized. Drove it an hour back in Hyderabad. Fan starts it's work earlier than the speed was another observation on those lines. We'll get to understand over time how well that works now won't we

may be you are more safety oriented rider, but the way you cornering can see that you didnt push the bike to the limit. we love to see how it would perform on indian road, i am not interested on tech spacs as its an old wine in new bottle, what matters is how it perform on indian road and its quality as the dock.. dock.. dock not the story what we look for now

Take a test ride man. Don't rely on videos or suggestions. I didn't like speed 400, i found the engine very thrashy. But you may like it, thus test rides.

    • @motoroids

This one has more presence than the speed, the speed is sprightlier. Depends on what your preferences are

Guerrilla is better in everything, big bike feel, road presence, power, coloured display meter,
This bike can easily smoke speed 400 (mark my words)

    • @laveshmotwani3671
      @laveshmotwani3671 2 місяці тому +3

Speed 400's top speed is around 145kmph, the speedometer has a positive error of around 15kmph so it shows around 160kmph on the speedo.
On the other hand, the sherpa engine delivers a GPS accurate top speed of 160+ on a heavy Himalayan so obviously we'll be getting 160+ on Guerrilla as well.
So yeah RE 450 sherpa engine will win against Triumph's 400cc
      Tho both engines are good
If u choose triumph then you'll get better refinement and a lighter motorcycle but if u choose RE then you'll get higher top speed figure and heavier motorcycle and it has the big bike feel too
      RE has:
      Bigger engine
      Higher Top speed
      Better instrumental console
      Supports bigger tyre profile
      Larger service and dealer network
Tho if u choose triumph you'll get a premium feel and a much bigger brand value and a better quality in fit and finish but you'll lose all the points RE has (mentioned above)

Thanks Amit bhai for the detailed insights. I'm curious to know what kind of setups people come up with to make it more touring friendly. It's a well rounded motorcycle at a decent price. Just felt that the fuel tank capacity is a bit of a miss. The longest I've been on my old RE is almost 500km without refueling, through the jungles and rural areas of Chattisgarh. Anyways 300 odd is still decent...
