Do you have gta 4 on steam? I do and mine literally won’t launch I’m not sure how to remove the mod I put in a while ago

Gotta reinstall and use fusion fix plus mod loader. Best way to mod now.

Best bet would be to reinstall. Not sure what you have in that's preventing the game from launching
