This is ridiculous. Nat was called in last minute for this season when a stew could not make it. Captain Sandy made it very clear Tumi was the CS and Nat was only filling in.
I love Nat. Tumi came in hot - all fires up by Kyle. Natalya welcomed her with open arms. Tumi and Kyle were awful about her to start with even though Tumi eventually caught on to the duplicity and bitchiness Kyle was displaying. It’s funny he called Nat a pot stirrer when he was doing that between Nat and Tumi. Sure Nat could have been more Switzerland with Jess but I think she only watched out for her and spoke to her girl to girl - for Nat to then also blame her ill feelings towards Kyle and or Tumi on Nat is bonkers. Glad Captain Sandy saw the common denominator in Kyle. Nat hope you come back to Below Deck - also you deserve better than an open relationship!

This was all Sandy's fault. Sandy saw Nat's CV that Nat had been Chief Stew many times and Tumi never done it.
Why would Sandy make Tumi Chief? Sandy shoulda kept Nat as Chief and keep Tumi as 2nd or even 3rd.

Tumi was hired as chief before Nat was ever asked to join the crew. So why did Tumi deserve to be demoted because Nat stepped in at the last minute? How about YOU get demoted at your job because someone else who has done your job before gets hired tomorrow?
