That was so dangerous. Good on the ref for realising because in real time I literally said "OMG, he tapped". Good job I wasn't ref.
Mans was looking to end him in the 5th round using whatever means possible. Jiris mind is razer sharp its gonna be hard to beat him.
Man this guy is sooo intriguing. Like his style, his attitude, his desire to improve. During the octagon interview after becoming champion, the dude literally apologized for not doing good enough. I mean come on... Let's be honest, what other fighter has gone through a back and forth war, won the championship via stoppage, and immediately criticized their performance?! That attitude is what is going to drive him to keep dominating the division.
In an other interview Jiří said he made his hairstyle smaller also because the old one was hard to get out of submission
Ariel you are one fantastic interviewer for MMA and Other sports
Can't wait to see what he does next
Glad I wasn't the only one to see that accidental tap.
Unbelievable heart Jiri.
Ariel, Charles had a great reception in Brazil too
Damn you even said his surname really good "ch" in his name is giving foreigners hard time :D
We are really proud of him and of his attitude.I really hope his carreer in UFC will be long
This dude is special. Such a sick dude
I would say Jan is a particularly hard fight for Jiri. Very defensively responsible powerful counter puncher who is not easy to hit clean and fights behind his jab. Adesanya had difficulty hitting him clean and Rakic in round 1 missed all but one of his strikes to the head against him, and had most of his leg kicks checked. Jiri will get his stand up fight, but I think he would to struggle.
Jiri has a better chin than Jan
My favorite fighter.
Hope he can fight Jon one day, whether it’s at heavyweight or back at light heavyweight.
they are trying to train Together Jones sees alot of himself in Jiri and vice versa
Ariel: ,,How did it feel?"
Jiří: ,,This is the way."
he celebrated with a beer and 2 cigarettes 😂😂 slavs gonna slav
Ariel is good at being understood by non-native English speakers. A lot of reporters don't even know when they are using very idiomatic language or just don't care to make it plain.
best fight I have ever seen.
"1 beer, 2 cigarettes." Haha. Man I felt for Glover as the fight ended but good for Yiri.
By far the greatest and most exciting fighter on planet earth right now.
I'm a Jiri fan....nice interview
