@@BuildingaBetterSouth We offer services from exterior to interior kitchen, bathroom remodeling, home additions, specializing in barndominiums, custom homes or shop buildings. Gretchen, I love hearing your sweet, soothing voice so excited about your vision of design and I’m sure your work attracts a ton of the hits you guys see. But Jason don’t discount your ‘boring’ portion! It’s what brought me to your channel (someone local-ish using the zip system). My budget will never achieve all the beauty Gretchen’s talents offer but I sure can build a solid, secure home based on the zone-appropriate techniques I learn from watching your videos.
Got into some heavy building science talk with the drain tile. Love it. I didn’t realize you wanted to let the water under the floor from the other side of the foundation.
