The Quint first interviewed him when he released the EP COLD/MESS and I remember the interviewer asked literally weird questions without researching about him in 2018. This was a great one.
I love his music, listening to him from many years ... but yeah sometimes I feel he has limited vocals, but honestly does it even matter? No singer is perfect in each regard, even taylor sounds same all time....I mean why we have this obsession of honoring someone as perfect or best.
He's right about not being a singer, he sounds pretty much the same in every song due to his limited vocal range. He might be a good entertainer but in terms of talent there are far superior musicians, some of whom will languish all their lives because they can't tap into "millennial anguish". Have people really given up on talented singers and musicians in general?
John Mayer has a limited vocal range too. But how he presents it is what counts. Same with Prateek. In both the cases, their compositions and arrangements as a whole really shine through.
@@vkrmmusic6438 don't you dare speak anything on mayer. He can sing at pretty good range He has proper Western music soul in his voice. And he's the greatest guitar player of this generation
@@vkrmmusic6438 I don't care about your opinion but yeah John Mayer is class apart. I'm a guitar player and vocalist myself so I speak from that perspective
THE MAN WE NEED, WITHOUT KNOWNING WE NEED HIM!!!❤🫂

@@77ds07 Okay kid. Owing to how immature and silly your reply is, I see no point in entering into any kind of banter with you.
